Description
Example dataset(s) demonstrating the implementation of FAIR data containers ("FAIR data box"):
Primary data is contained in the form of numeric multidimensional arrays (hdf5);
semantic metadata (serialized RDF) is embedded, describing the numeric arrays using fragment identifiers;
semantic metadata can be exported to external catalogues, databases, lookup-services, etc. by using the repository handle (including file name and extension) as @base argument when parsing then serializing the embedded metadata;
