dc.description | This repository contains the data and code required to reproduce the analysis in "In situ investigation of the lateral and vertical structure of PNIPAM microgels at the air/water and air/solid interfaces'".
For the X-ray scattering measurements, all data pertaining to in situ and ex situ specular and off-specular measurements are included as well as the code required to plot and reproduce the analysis (MATLAB).
For the AFM results, the binary images (Igor) and .png images for each AFM scan are included. The code required to reproduce the nearest-neighbour distances from the AFM data (Python) is also included. | en |
