dc.descriptionCorrelated and ensemble averaged velocity field data of the flow around a pitching and plunging flat plate airfoil (ID 1 case). Raw data were recorded in a wind tunnel at TU Darmstadt. Parameters of the flow, correlation algorithm and airfoil motion can be found in Kissing et al. 2021 (under revision). For additional data and information please contact kissing@sla.tu-darmstadt.de. Flow field videos (.gif) show the comparison of the experimentally and numerically obtained results for the ID 1 case, to investigate comparability. Additionally, a video of the flow field in terms of FTLE ridges for the experimentally obtained ID 1 case is included.en_US
