Data from the plots shown in the publication that cites this entry. For experiments and simulation, multiple samples of various grafting densities and chain lengths are included. Experiments: - neutron reflectometry data include the measured and model reflectivity, and the model profiles. - ellipsometry thickness data are included for both monochromatic and spectroscopic measurements. Simulations: - data consists of detailed position data of all monomers at various states of the simulations, esp. depending on the grafting density - monodisperse polymer brushes are simulated conventionally - polydisperse polymer brushes are grown in-silico, analogous to experiments, i.e., monomers are attached successively, while the polymer chains equilibrate simultaneously. This leads to strong chain crowding at high grafting density and thus polydisperse chains.
