Abstract

Description

This dataset contains interview transcripts of a interview study conducted in 2025. The interview was split between a qualitative and a quantitative part. This dataset contains transcripts of the qualitative interview parts. Organizational planning and decision-making processes for sustainability transformations in manufacturing companies were discussed with 18 interview partners from different industry branches and positions.
