Figure 1: A) Influence of the size of the CE on the maximum current in CV curves recorded in oxygen atmosphere. B) Influence of the catalyst loading on the WE on the maximum current in CV curves recorded in an oxygen atmosphere. C) EIS curves recorded with varying catalyst loading at a potential of 0.8 V vs. RHE. All measurements were carried out on GDEs with a catalyst-coated area of 0.5 cm2 in 2 M HClO4 and in a cell with the standard configuration (distance CE-RE=6.7 cm).
