Abstract

Description

This dataset contains interview transcripts of a interview study conducted in 2025. The interview was split between a qualitative and a quantitative part. This dataset contains transcripts of the quantitative interview parts. Internal and external influencing factors and actors involved in sustainability transformations in manufacturing companies were discussed and quantified with 18 interview partners from different industry branches and positions.
