ESI for "Effect of pH and protein flexibility on the structure of protein foams: A multiscale approach"

This repository contains the data and code required to reproduce the analysis in the article "Effect of pH and protein flexibility on the structure of protein foams: A multiscale approach". For the Thin Film Pressure Balance (TFPB), pressure and film intensity data (.txt) as well as tiff-images are provided. The code to reproduce the disjoining pressure isotherms from the intensity and the pressure as well as the code reproduce the disjoining pressure isotherms from the tiff-images is provided (Python, .py). For Brewster Angle Microscopy analysis, the BAM pictures are provided as png images and the reflectivity over time is provided as .txt-files. The Zeta-potential data is provided as a .txt-file. X-ray reflectivity (XRR) data is provided as .dat files. The surface tension data is provided as .csv-files.
