dc.description This Igor Pro file contains cross-sectional profiles of Young’s modulus and dissipation, extracted from the AFM dataset previously described (20 µm² area scan using PeakForce Tapping mode). The cross-sections were taken from the corrected mechanical property maps, obtained after applying a first-order flattening filter to the topography using NanoScope Analysis 1.9. de_DE
