GMD 2021 ISSM on HHLR Scaling Profiles
Description
This data set includes the profiles in cubex format, which we generated during our scaling runs of ISSM on the HHLR. The data is structured as follows:
submit.zip includes the sbatch scripts;
other archive include the data of a run with the specific number of MPI processes;
each contains 3 executions: trunk is an uninstrumented execution of ISSM v4.18, baseline is our initial measurement without optimization and preallocation is the measurement of ISSM v4.18 which includes optimization.
