STEM-EDS Map of PtNiCo nanoparticles (ca. 7nm) supported on Ketjenblack (an acitvated carbon black) and modified with [MTBD][BETI] (an ionic liquid). Data is filtered, rebinned and fitted with a suitable spectrum model.
