These files contain the energy-calibrated
HIγS spectra for HPGe detectors.

- HPGe1: $\vartheta = \ang{135}, \varphi = \ang{315}$
- HPGe2: $\vartheta = \ang{90}, \varphi = \ang{90}$
- HPGe3: $\vartheta = \ang{135}, \varphi = \ang{45}$
- HPGe4: $\vartheta = \ang{90}, \varphi = \ang{45}$ (bad resolution, 2 keV binning)

The first column contains the energy in keV (bin center),
the second column the number of counts.
