This repository includes all labbook entries, data files and the analysis software of the high-precision collinear laser spectroscopy measurement campaign of 13C4+, which has been performed at COALA, TU Darmstadt.


LABBOOK
=======
Labbook_Overview.pdf: 		Table of all measurements used for the actual analysis.
Labbook_Complete.pdf: 		All labbook entries regarding the measurments. In German.


DATA & RESULTS
==============
numeric.zip: 			All data and analysis results in the folder structure required by the analysis scripts.
				Each numbered folder corresponds to a measurement series listed in the labbook overview.
				All data files not included in any measurement series are located in the 'unused' folder.
				The 'metadata.sqlite' file contains a list of all measurements files, fit results, laser frequencies etc.
				All results are located in the 'results' folder.
voltage_calibration.zip:	The voltage calibration measurements of the fluorescence detection region.
				The folder 'kepco' includes the first calibration scan.
				The folder 'kepco_calib' includes the last calibration scans and measurements with 169Tm
				at different laser frequencies to determine the electric field penetration.


SOFTWARE

analysis_carbon.zip:		The analysis Python project.
Tilda-dev_2024-02-22.zip: 	The 'TILDA' python software which has been used for data fitting in 'analysis_carbon'.
qspec-0.2.0.zip: 		The 'qspec' Python package required by the 'analysis_carbon' project and 'TILDA'.
