# General

This folder contains the individual tapping signals of the test data (15% of the defective and 15% of the intact data.).

# Subfolders

The folder `train_data_like_augmented(SNR_9_to_3_dB)` contains the actual test data.
The folders marked with "unaugmented" contain only the individual tapping signals of the training data without augmentation (in case you wish to augment them differently).
The folders with the naming scheme `SNR_{Value}_dB` contain the complete test data with all individually augmented noises.

# Naming Convention

The data is named according to the following scheme:
{MountingType}\_P{PlateNumber}\_{PlateSide}\_D{Run}\_{PointNumber}+{NoiseLabel}\_{snr_in_db}\_db
`snr_in_db` stands for "signal-to-noise ratio" and describes how strong the signal is compared to the background noise. (0 means a 1:1 ratio, and larger SNRs indicate less noise).
Piercing through point XX on side A will always lead to the exact same point XX on side B.

# Labels

Plates 1-4 are completely intact.
Plates 5 and 6 have defects at the following sampling points: 9, 10, 15, 16, 32, 35, 38, 41.
Plate 7 has defective areas at: 25-30.
The additional files for Plate 7 are all from defective areas.
Plate 8 has defective areas at: 19-30.
Plates 1-4 that are labeled with "Schlagschaden" (impact damage) are all defective.
