Clarification concerning the names in the datafiles

All implanted samples were originally prepared via molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) as 30 nm thin films on MgO (100).
For different fluences (Nitrogen atoms per cm^-2), the name in the data files are respectively:

5e16	06A1; 06A2; 07A1; 07A2
