This directory contains all relevant files and data for conducting and analyzing the forces acting on the hotend during printing. Contents 1. Slicer Project Files -The project files are provided in .3mf format and were created using SuperSlicer version 2.5.59. -Each .3mf file contains the full print settings and geometries (stl) of the corresponding test specimens. 2. Measurement Data -For each .3mf file, there are 3 corresponding .h5 (HDF5) files containing the recorded force curves of the printed test specimens. -Another HDF5 file also include the segment boundaries (e.g., layer ranges, infill, perimeters, etc.), allowing for segment-wise analysis. -The sequence of the various test bodies is as follows: Extrusion Multiplier (1-3), Nozzle Temperature (1-3), Printing Speed (1-3), Line Width (1-3) and Layer Height (1-3) 3. Data Acquisition Code -The code used to collect force data during the printing process is included. -The scripts document the interfaces and methods used to record the force curves in sync with the printing process. Notes -The .3mf files can be opened directly in SuperSlicer 2.5.59. Reproducibility is only guaranteed with this or a compatible version. -The .h5 files can be accessed using a wirde variety of programs -Running the data acquisition code requires an Arduino, which reads out the load cell and transmits the signals.
