renewing the term of office of the President of the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market (trade marks and designs)

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EC) No 40/94 of 20 December 1993 on the Community trade mark [1], and in particular Article 120(1) and (2) thereof,

Having regard to the Council Decision of 2 May 2000 appointing the President of the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market (trade marks and designs) [2],

Having regard to the proposal by the Administrative Board of the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market (trade marks and designs) of 23 November 2004 concerning the renewal of the term of office of the President of the Office,

HAS DECIDED AS FOLLOWS:

Sole Article

The term of office of Mr Wubbo de BOER, born on 27 May 1948, as President of the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market (trade marks and designs) is hereby renewed for the period from 1 October 2005 to 30 September 2010.
