THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EC) No 40/94 of 20 December 1993 on the Community trade mark(1), and in particular Articles 120 and 131 thereof,

Having regard to the proposal presented by the Administrative Board of the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (Trade Marks and Designs) on 10 April 2003,

HAS DECIDED AS FOLLOWS:

Sole Article

The term of office of Mr Walter PEETERS, born in Turnhout (Belgium) on 14 July 1944, as a member of a Board of Appeal of the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (Trade Marks and Designs) is hereby renewed for the period from 1 July 2004 to 30 June 2009.
