By its decision of 13 September 1999 the Commission appointed to the position of new member of the Committee of Experts on the Transit of Electricity between Grids:
as Spanish representative of the high-voltage grids,
Mr Victoriano Casajús, Director General of Transport, Red Electrica, to replace the outgoing Mr Novales.
