COUNCIL DECISION of 1 October 1998 amending the Council Decision of 30 April 1998 designating the representative organisations of producers and workers required to draw up lists of candidates for the representation of producers and workers on the Consultative Committee of the European Coal and Steel Community (98/C 317/02)

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,

Having regard to Article 18 of the Treaty establishing the European Coal and Steel Community,

Whereas the Consultative Committee of the European Coal and Steel Community, whose term of office expired on 3 March 1998, should be renewed;

Whereas, by its Decision of 30 April 1998 (1), the Council designated, on the basis of notifications by the Governments of the Member States, the representative organisations of producers and workers required to draw up lists of candidates for the representation of producers and workers on the Consultative Committee of the ECSC;

Whereas the United Kingdom has submitted a new notification,

HAS DECIDED AS FOLLOWS:

Article 1

Part 1 of the table, 'Representative organisations of producers`, is amended as follows:
