COUNCIL DECISION of 20 February 1995 designating the Austrian, Finnish and Swedish representative organizations required to draw up lists of candidates for the Consultative Committee of the European Coal and Steel Community (95/C 49/02)

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Coal and Steel Community, and in particular Article 18 thereof,

Having regard to the 1994 Act of Accession, and in particular Articles 25 and 161 thereof,

Whereas the Austrian, Finnish and Swedish representative organizations, which are required to draw up lists of twice as many names as there are seats allotted to them, should be designated,

HAS DECIDED AS FOLLOWS:

Sole Article

1. The Austrian, Finnish and Swedish representative organizations of producers and workers listed in the table annexed to this Decision are hereby designated to draw up lists of candidates on the basis of which the Austrian, Finnish and Swedish members representing producers and workers on the Consultative Committee of the European Coal and Steel Community shall be appointed in numbers equal to those shown in the aforesaid table in respect of the said organizations.

2. This Decision shall be published, for information, in the Official Journal of the European Communities.
