Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 3820/85 of 20 December 1985 on the harmonization of certain social legislation relating to road transport (1), and in particular Article 16 thereof,

Having consulted the Member States in accordance with Article 16 (3) thereof,

Whereas the standard form referred to in Article 16 (2) and (3) of Regulation (EEC) No 3820/85 should be drawn up, as the medium through which the Member States communicate to the Commission, every two years, the necessary information for the preparation of a report on the implementation of the common rules and on developments in the fields in question,

HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:

Article 1

The standard form referred to in Article 16 (2) and (3) of Regulation (EEC) No 3820/85 shall be drawn up in accordance with the specimen in the Annex to this Decision.

Article 2

This Decision is addressed to the Member States.
