COMMISSION OPINION

of 28 April 1982

addressed to the Greek Government regarding the implementation of the Council Directive of 21 December 1978 concerning pilotage of vessels by deep-sea pilots in the North Sea and English Channel

1. In a letter dated 13 August 1981, the Office of the Permanent Representative of Greece to the European Communities sent the Commisson, under Article 2 of the Directive in question (1), Presidential Decree No 582/81 of 1 June 1981 on the pilotage of vessels flying the Greek flag by deep-sea pilots in the North Sea or English Channel.

2. Examination of that Decree has satisfied the Commission that the Greek Government has fully implemented those provisions of the Directive which apply to it.
