COMMISSION OPINION of 17 July 1981 addressed to the Government of the United Kingdom on the implementation of Council Directive 79/115/EEC concerning pilotage of vessels by deep-sea pilots in the North Sea and English Channel (1) (Only the English text is authentic) (81/635/EEC)

In its letter of 17 February 1981, the Permanent Representation of the United Kingdom to the European Communities sent the Commission, pursuant to Article 2 of the Directive referred to above, the draft "Merchant Shipping ("M") Notice" by means of which the Government intends to implement the provisions of that Directive.

Examination of this document has enabled the Commission to confirm that the Government of the United Kingdom has fully implemented the provisions of the aforementioned Directive.
