AGREEMENT

in the form of an exchange of letters concerning Article 10 of the Framework Agreement for cooperation between the European Economic Community and the Federative Republic of Brazil

Letter No 1

Sir,

With reference to the Framework Agreement for cooperation between the European Economic Community and the Federative Republic of Brazil, which entered into force on 1 October 1982, I have the honour to inform you that, subject to your confirmation, Article 10 of that Agreement is hereby replaced by the following:

'Article 10

Authentic languages

This Agreement is drawn up in two copies in the Danish, Dutch, English, French, German, Greek, Italian and Portuguese languages, each of these texts being equally authentic.'

The Greek language version of the Agreement is attached to this letter.

I should be grateful for confirmation of your Government's agreement to the new text of Article 10.
