This folder contains data for the research article: "Decoding stimulus-specific regulation of promoter activity of p53 target genes" The folder "workspace" contains all measurement data, all intermediate computational results, and the final plots from Bayesian inference. Each file is named accordingly: treatment_dose_replicate_gene_timepoint The subfolders are organized as follows: "data_processed" contains the the values of integrated intensity for each detected TS. "data_unprocessed" contains the FISH-Quant measurements. "matlab" contains FISH-Quant measurements after removal or new TxQuantification according to the file "modified_samples". "mcmc" contains the pickle files generated by MCMC "measurements" contains raw measurements of RNAs and TSs counts. "model" contains the models compatible with legacy code. They all refer to the same likelihood, but they must be generated separately for different amounts of time-points. "results" contains plots of processed measurements for all genes, conditions and time points as shown in Figure 3B-C-D-E-F.
